In a dull world of concrete and razor-wire, T-Barriers shine a little color.
What is the T-Barrier Art Project?
In a dull world of concrete and razor-wire, T-Barriers provide safty, security and in this fashion color and art. Something worth looking at and saying hmmmm. This project is something I decided to do when I arrived in Iraq. I saw some great art done by military members and didn't want to see it all go forgotten. So I started to make my rounds and gathering as many of these as possible. Half the fun has been finding them. These things are all over the place, around work areas, housing/tents, AAFES (the mall) just everywhere!
Well I will be leaving the AOR kinda soon-ish ish and am really hoping someone over there can either keep this going and email them to me or I can send you the info on this so you can continue the updates. I still have a good hand-full of barriers saved on my hard drive I am going to up load for you all to see. But once I am out I am afraid I am out. Hope you enjoy some historic art. These things get destroyed after we leave these places (when is that again?)
